It may also help improve symptoms of depression and arthritis.

Ceylon turmeric has high percentage of curcumin compared to most of the countries, it’s been grown. Due to this reason, there is a huge demand for turmeric in Sri Lanka and also overseas. We source turmeric from local farmers and then dried in industrial dryers. After a carful cleaning process, it’s been cut in to small parts and then powdered.
